The Southern Atlantic Ocean along Uruguay's coastline boasts a variety of landscapes. As the temperatures rise, the coastal towns come alive with a mix of traditional Uruguayan culture and modern influences.

After four years of stay-cations, we made our goal of spending the holidays abroad. 100-ish photos documenting our 18 day trip to Brazil!

We spent the first day of Heritage Weekend 2024 exploring Montevideo, from old busses and club houses in Centro to the tip of the city and its lighthouse. Day 2 we celebrated the year's theme and toured Montevidean vineyards.

Connecting the various neighborhoods of Montevideo are a series of parks and plazas that give the city its vibrancy and tranquil appeal.
